Additional Information and Company Policies
*Meet and Greets do require a 20-30min drop in charge whether it’s held in public, at your place, or the pet care givers residence to cover the Caregiver’s time.
*Aggressive Dogs are not allowed for Doggie Day Care or Boardings.
We administer meds, but unfortunately at this time we don’t have anyone who can safely perform injections.
*Pricing depends on dog difficulty and may be adjusted at pet care givers’ discretion, but will not exceed max amount shown on price sheets.
Booking and Quotes:
Booking intake and agreement fee is $45 per booking, non‑refundable; the fee applies as credit to the service booked; requests aren’t confirmed until the fee is paid and you receive written confirmation from Pups; you’ll receive written confirmation by email within 8 hours during business hours.
Boarding Policies:

*Late booking fee:
$55 non‑refundable for sitting and boarding requests made less than 48 hours in advance.
This is due to ensure our caregivers will be available and may require them to make last minute life changes to accommodate bookings.
Restocking fee: There will be a $25 restocking fee plus the cost of food if we need to purchase or replace food during a stay. You must supply your own dog’s food for the stay, and we recommend supplying an extra two days' worth of food just in case travel plan hiccups occur.
Bath requirement:
Dogs must arrive clean with a recent bath before their first day of boarding.
Any blankets or bedding should also be washed. This is a courtesy to the caregiver. Your dog is entering their homes, please don’t let them be stinky.
$65 cleaning fee will be applied if this has not been done.
There will be a $30 per day surcharge holiday pricing fee. November, December, and January bookings must be made two months in advance. These do fill up quickly and require a 50% non-refundable deposit for reservations.
Dogs must have collars for boardings.
Bookings made more than a week in advance will require a $80 non refundable booking fee to hold place for this booking. This ensures no other pups are double booked and holds your pup(s) place. On the contrary, this also prevents our caregivers from making any personal plans within that time frame.
Sittings and Boardings canceled within a 2 week period from the first day of service are non refundable and full service amount will be charged on the first day of service.
Full amount is due for other services such as walks/drop ins, daycare, training/mentoring sessions if cancelled within a 48 hour window.
There will be an $25 extra charge applies to before or after hours for pick up and drop offs.
All clients must provide reachable emergency contact and vet information. Caregivers must be put on approved vet list or client agrees to fully reimburse caregiver for emergency vet bills.
For sittings, access information such as locks and codes must be provided at least 24 hours before first day of date of service. (You personal information will not be saved or shared)
Service forms must be filled out before service takes place.
*We do have a max size dog limit of no more than 80 pounds.
Pricing:
Prices reflect current market and operating costs and are based on trainer/pet caregiver knowledge and experience. We are transparent in pricing and rates are reviewed annually and adjusted.
